I am so lucky that I was chosen to go to the prince's garden beacuse I was a really good kid. I had three gold medals for being really good that's why the prince invited me to go to his park. When I walked into the prince's garden, I thought that this is one of the best park's that I ever been in. My favorite book from childhood is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss.  I like this book because I was really little and I like the auther Dr. Seuss. The story is about a guy telling people if they like green eggs an ham. So he goes around with a plate of green eggs and ham and telling people if they had try it. The reson I like this book is beacuse my elementry teacher made us green eggs and ham and we sat and watch the movie in class. Then I got to fall asleep after the ended. It was really fun that are teacher did all that.

"Contents of the Dead Man's Pocket" Before You Read: Paralyzed by Fear

A time when I felt almost paralyzed by fear. Is when I brooked my leg and it hurt really bad. My leg
felt parlayed because I couldn't  move it at all.  At that time I felt parlayed by fear. I thought
that I would not walk for a long time. My leg was really injured. My leg left parlayed when the doctor gave me a shot on the leg. After that it felt alot better before I left I told the doctor thank for all the help.

Dia de los Muertos - Article Summary

The article "Celebrate Day of the Dead" is about Dia de los Muertos. This is a hoilday when they celebrate the dead in Mexico. They people dress like the dead and have a parade.  Dia de los Muertos falls on November 1st and 2nd. People celebrate and honor the ones that have died because they want to remember them. They clean the graves and eat food that they loved ones liked. They also tell stories of the ones that passed away. Dia de los Muertos is a holiday known for celebrating the dead.

Two Kinds" Mother-Daughter Conflict

In the conflict between Jing-mei and her mother, Jing-mei/her mother is that her mom wants here to me like perfect but Jing-mei put her foot down and says that she don’t want to doing anything no more. Then here mom signs her up for pine lesson. Then her mom friend’s daughter says that she’s better then Jing-mea starts trying playing the pine well. Then she ends up getting butter on the pine. Then she goes to a show and plays the pine and she choke but her mom was pound of her furor trying to play it. Then years go by and after that show Jing -mea never touch that pine again in instill her 30th birthday. Jing-mea goes to visit her mom then her mom point to the pine and says that you could keep the pine and she said thanks. Then year go by and her mom passes away then jeing-mei gets really better on pino and yeah that’s pretty mush it.

Two Kinds" Before You Read: Something You Don't Want to Do

Something that I was forst to do was go to the mall with my sister and miss a party. It was in the afternoon like around 4:30. My sister had ask my mom if she could go to the mall and my mom said yes.  I needed to go with her and I said no because there was a party at my friend Jesse house at 5:30. I was really mad that I had to give up a party just to go to the mall with my sister. I felt really mad and kind of sad to because there where going to be a lot of hot girls. All my friends wonted me to go but I couldn’t. I told my mom that I would just go with my sister this time.

"Everyday Use" Before You Read: Tradition

Fifteen years from now, I will be 30 years old. I would probably be out of college after getting my masters in psychology. I would like to go to SDSU for college. I see myself as a psychologist growing up. One of my happy memories or family traditions is seeing my mom become a psychologist while I was growing up. I hope I would be psychologist that’s always been my goal since I was 12 years old. I will share this with my children by showing them that they could hang out with their friends while still doing well in school and at home. By sharing this tradition with future generations, I hope to reach my goal of being a psychologist. I think I could do well in life and try stuff out that I have never tried before.

Dragons Den:Life Lesson

One life lesson that I learn the hard way is not to steal. One time I was with my friend at the store when store when he stolid on a bag of chips. Then the owner came and told me and my friends that we have to leave the store before he calls the cops. So my friend gave the chips back because he didn’t won’t to get in trouble. Then we left and went to my house and told my mom what have happen. Me and my friends learned are lessen not to steal a bag of chips. So every day we walk by that store where we tried to steal that bag of chips. That when I learned my lesson not to steal.

One minute in my life that I remember is that I was at a football game with all my friends and it was pretty fun. The reason that it was so much fun is because all my friends from school where there and we were watching are school play football agency Oceanside. That day was pretty cool because my school high school football team won. Then after that me and some of my friends play football on the filled and then after that we went to subway and eight. Something variable to me is my lap top. I don't want anything to happen to my lap top. I would really trip out bad of something happen to my lap top. My lap top cost 1400 thousand dollars it is a Mac note book. I really love this lap top I would do anything to protect my lap top. Ensure that my lap top is safe is I tell my sister to put it in her lock box its a squared safe that’s you need a 3 digit number to unlock it. I usually use it when am on pass. I which I could bring It here but I’m scared that some on would try to still it from me. I really use it allot when am on pass if something would happen to my lap top I would cry because I really love it. I got allot of my information on my lap top that why I would be really mad of something would of happen to it.

Dragons Den: Colors

A color that represents me is gray because that color is very clam and not to crazy. My favorite color is all so maroon that color is just really relaxing to me. the reason my favorite  color is gray because it can like go with any color. I am similar to this color because I'm sometimes calm and this color is fresh. When I was little I all was where gray everyday outside then at school everywhere this color as the best color to me. This color represents my because its bright but not to bright  it could stand out and it could not stand out this color is a really good color because  it can go with anything you where .This color is symbol of entail, kind, relax, straight, cool all the are a symbol of me. If you are around me a lot, you will see this color on me cloths my shoes and a lot of other stuff.

How do I feel about English 10? I feel like I need English 10 a lot because with out it I wouldn’t no a lot of word and as to use those kinds of words.  This year I want to do really good because I want to get of 2 hours. English 10 is one of my hard core class for me. I think I would learn a lot if I stay in this class and do what am spouse to do. This class tells a lot of what are we are going to do through out the year in English 10. What do you hope you will be able to do in this class this year? I hope to learn a lot from this year and do well in this class.

Plot: Movie Plot Summary Paragraph

In the movie Hancock  staring Will Smith. The climax is this super hero name Hancock and he is super hero under appreciated. When John Hancock try’s to help some one out he ends up making a mess or destroying  stuff and doing bad. The conflict in this movie is that John Hancock hand no real friends and no one to help him and see what he is feeling. At the climax of the action is that he is kind of feeling left out from his city and like no one wants his help anymore. At the conclusion of the movie is that John Hancock meets a friend and tell him the right and bad. john Hancock goes to prison for a couple of weeks and then he is relics on good behavior. Hancock state doing really good at be a super hero.    

First Day of School 2011

When I woke up on the first day of my sophomore  year of school at San Pasqual Academy I felt really good to be back is high school. This year I had all the classes that I chosen.  All the teachers I had where really cool so far. The class that I really like was Mr. Fenick for math. This year I don’t have to do a full semester of world history 10 I only have to do half a year and I think that pretty cool because I get to choose a class that I wanted. Then Later Toward the end of the day I felt good because I know all my classes where beast. At the end of the day I got to meet all the teachers that I didn’t have last year.

My Education Timeline

• Howard Pence Elementary in Via Tonga Court. I went there kinder garden threw Fourth grade. My experience at Howard Pence Elementary is really fun one of the best Elementary school I been to.
• Lake elementary in Oceanside ca. I went to this school for fifth grade. My experience at Lake elementary is okay I guess I wasn't there for a long time but it was really fun too I liked all my teachers.
• Rancho Minerva Middle School in Foothill Dr. In Vista. I went there sixth grade threw eighth grade. I went to that school had a great time. My experience at RMMS is pretty good I had a good  relationship with all my teachers.

• Rancho Buena Vista High School in Longhorn Drive, Vista, CA. I went there freshman year. I really like this high school this high school was one of the biggest high school in north county. It was the best high school i went to so far.

Portfolio – Greatest Obstacle of Freshman Year

My greatest obstacle of freshman year is learning how to work computer. When I first got here I didn't know how to work computer but I learn a little. I think I need to learn a lot more because I still don't do earthing right like I'm post too. I think that was my greatest obstacle for freshman year I need to practice more and learn how too do a lot better. I think I really did do good this year. I didn't at first want to work with computer but I told my self that i needed to because computer are going to be a big thing when I grow up so I started trying to work and lean how to work computer that's why I think that was my greatest obstacle for freshmen year. Computers were the hardest obstacle for me for freshmen year.

Romeo & Juliet Wrap Up Paragraph

Who is responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. I think its both of there folts because they both killed each killed them self's for each other. They both didn't have to kill them self but Romeo killed him self because Juliet was dead and Juliet killed her self because she saw romeo dead so she stab her self. What is the theme of Romeo and Juliet. Romeo is in love with some other girl. Then romeo meants Juliet and falls in love with her. Juliet theme is she fource to marry some prince but shes in love with romeo and then romeo and Juliet end up getting married. Why do people still read and watch Romeo and Juliet. people still read this play because this play has love romance and drama and a lot of people love that kind of stuff. And its really a part of history that people should read.

Playwrights Project Play Performance Paragraph

One word that describes how I felt during the performances today was good to see a play at SPA for once. I think all that actors did really good. For them to come out and read the play that SPA students wrote. I really think the students did a good job at writing the plays. I went during first period it was pretty cool. What I like about the play is that ever story was different some sad, happy, funny, anger I think that all together it was good. During the play I felt good to see people acting. I think the students from SPA should of act in there own play that would of been pretty cool. So far the SPA students did really good on all there plays. This experience has impacted me because it shows me how people read plays and act to it. I learned a lot from the plays today.

Romeo and Juliet – Rage

 The negative consequences of rage with Romeo and Juliet is that Romeo killed Juliet cousin because he was in a lot of rage. Romeo and Juliet couldn't see each other because there family's were both Emmies with each other. There was lot a lot of negative with different family's when Juliet married Romeo they thought all the negative anger with both sides of the family would of stop. I also think Romeo and Juliet were truly in love because Juliet puts her self in a coma for Romeo than Romeo drink a poison. Then Juliet wakes up from her coma and see Romeo dead and kills her self. That just shows that Romeo and Juliet were truly in love. There was a lot of negative problems with Juliet Dad and Mom wanting her to marry praise when shes married to Romeo already.

Of course, Romeo and Juliet are in love. Romeo felled in love with Juliet when he first saw her. Romeo Juliet get married because there badly in love. Juliet and Romeo are truly in love because the end up getting married and they both love each other. I think Juliet and Romeo are forbidden to love each other because there parents are differently tribe's. I really think Romeo and Juliet are in love. Its really like love at first site. I agree that romeo and Juliet are in truly in love if you ask me. Also Romeo and Juliet are Fabien to love but ether of there parents no there married. If they could do that behind there parents back then they have to be in truly in love.

Control or Fate

I think we have contrail because we control what we do and say Faith doesn't do any of that. If people had fate they would be really lucky. I can control  what I say and do and faith cant do any of that so that way you have control what you do and what you say too. I really wish we could fate was true because I would rely on faith all that time because faith is like its meant to be. The reason that I think its control because you really do everything like you control your body faith doesn't control your body so it has to be control. Faith is like its meant to be true all the time.

This week I didn't go to prom I didn't have the grades to go. So I just went on past it was lots of fun. I got to just seat and relax and watch TV. I had a lots of sleep I was really happy just to get out of SPA for once. Me and my sister were just watching TV all day I was eating allot of snacks because I was hungry. President Obama's Big Announcement

To learn about Osama bin Laden’s death, I read an article on BBC News and learned that he had been hiding for about a decade.  First, US troops looked for Osama and found him in a compound in Pakistan. Next, they were dropped near the wall and entered the compound to capture Osama. Then, they killed him and four other people during a short firefight. Finally, the US forces were able to leave without being hurt. Now, I understand why he was killed and what their goal was.

Now that I have read the news, I predict that there might be more attacks by other terrorists to pay us back for his death. I think this will happen because they respected him. Another thing I predict is security in the United States will increase. I think this will happen because people might want to attack us for killing him. I hope the United States will get better now that he’s dead and be more united.

Do you think it is wrong that SPA students just post the words of Caucasian men in our halls?

I think it is fine because we could learn more about people. Some people could maybe try to do the same goal as others. Everybody can do well and not just a Caucasian man can be successful, too. A lot of people can do well. For example, there were a lot of white presidents, but we have a black president now. That means that there are a lot of people doing different things. I think SPA should put posters about every race in the hall so we can read about everyone. I think it;s really cool that SPA is putting posters in the hall about people that would give kids something to read when they get kicked out of class.

Campus Life Third-Person Paragraph

 What I do to get ready for school in the morning is turn on my computer and listen too music too wake me up.  I take shower at the night for I can have more time to sleep in the morning. I wake up at 7:30 most of the time and get change and wash my face. Then I brush my teeth after all that. I go to the cafe to eat breakfast before school starts. For half of the day were in school that's what I do most of the day. If I don;t eat breakfast I will starve all day.  How lunchtime in the café works. You get Your food then you sit down with your friends and eat and hang out. After lunch we go back to school. Then we go to 4 threw 6 period. Then we go home and chill for a little. Then we can go out side and hang out. How dinner hour works in your house  is the the hole house has too sit next to each other. If  you  don't won't to eat you  have sit at the table for five  minutes. That's what I usually do every day.

CST Testing Reflection

The CST was alright, but it wasn’t really fun. I tried my hardest on the tests. It was cool because you got to eat in class during the test. Some people were really fast about taking the test. I took all the time in the world. I felt really happy when the test was over. It was cool because our teachers gave us breaks and we got to rest in class. I am really happy that we don’t have to take anymore tests.

Testing Tips, Strategies, and Plays Reflection

I feel happy but okay about the CST. I think I'm going to do okay. I know lots of tips about taking tests like crossing out answers that don't make sense. I will look over all of my answers before turning in my tests. I should focus on my tests only, and I really should not sit next to any of my friends because I would get really distracted. I'm really glad they're going to feed us in class before the test. I always go to sleep early before taking a test. It would be nice if the teachers wouldn't give us homework because we're testing and that would be really nice of the teachers. I am really looking forward to taking these tests.

My Feelings about the Upcoming CSTs

I feel really good about the CSTs. I really hope I do well on the CST. I am hoping that the testing will go by quickly because sometimes I guess when something is really long. What I should do before testing is get a good night's sleep and eat a good breakfast. I would like it if they let us eat snacks during the test. What helps me stay on task is when I'm listening to music and chewing gum. In the past I guessed on this test but now I will try my hardest. I don't really know where they're going to put us during testing. I hope they don't put me next to my friend because I will get of track and then I will get a bad score on the test. I hope during the test we could take a break because I know I can't sit down for that long. I think am going to do alright on this test.

My UnGoogleable Research for an Eight-Year Old

I am writing about football players and coaches and how they get paid.  The first part of my paper is about the money that football players in the NFL are making for playing. I would be talking about the different positions and skills.  Another part of my paper is about NFL coaches and the money they get from coaching the teams. The coaches get more money than the players because of what they know. The last part of my paper is about the things that make up how these people are paid.  Their ability to convince the teams’ owners to pay them more is part of how they are paid.  My topic is important because people should learn about why and how players and coaches are paid and what makes the NFL different from other sports groups.

A place I would like to go is San Diego state and watch one of there football game. I would like to go to San Diego state  because they have a good football team. San Diego State is the college I wont to go to when I go to college. I really hope when I grow up I could go there. I hoping next year that I could go see one of there football games. Maybe  I would like to go see one of there basketball game. I herd that there basketball team was really good. I would feel really good about my self if I made it to San Diego. I think San Diego states are one of the best colleges in San Diego.

Reading and highlighting the sources helped me to take notes by saving the information. I learned how to find good websites for my paper and to use my highlighting as notes. I can break my information into three sections. One section is about the salaries of NFL players. Another section is the pay for NFL coaches. The third section is what positions are paid the most. My next step to write a research paper should be to put my information in order by topic.

Today in class, I looked at different websites that could help me with my research paper. To search for websites, I used Sweet Search, IPL2, and Google’s Wonder Wheel and Timeline. When I found a website related to my focus question, I made sure it had a title, an author, and a date. I knew some of the websites I found were unacceptable because they didn’t have authors or dates, had a lot of advertisements, and did not tell where the information came from. I know the websites I selected are good because it told me how much NFL players and coaches were paid. Tomorrow, I expect that Ms. Priester will tell me to write an outline about what my paper will be about.

Third Quarter Awards Review

The assembly wareally funs. I got too see people get rewards for there grades. I felt really happy seeing my friends going up and geting a reward. I loved that all the teacher were having fun too. I allso so some teachers geting rewards allso so it was nice. I had lots of fun we also got out of school early. I think thamine tot everbody that got an reward tryed there best so that why they earn it. Next quater im going to try my best to get an reward I think that I could really get an reward if I put my mine to it. The best part of the awarde sebely was that you got paid for your grades in my old school they nevered did that so it was really cool that Tia did that. That really good seeing people getting reward that shows that they do care about school.

My focus question is "Do NFL players deserve to be paid millions of dollars". I think NFL player should get paid lots of money because they play football in front of millions of people that pay lots of money to watch them. I already know that NFL players work there butts off to be in the NFL. So that's why they should get paid lots of money. I also know that people pay lots of money to watch them play football. Additionally they earn to play the sport football. By doing research, I hope to learn why NFL players get lots of money.

UnGoogleable Research Paper – Website Evaluation Tips

I asked three people about what makes a website a good resource to help me when I need them in my research. First, I asked Jared S.  He told me that a good website cites professional resources and has professional answers. I also asked Ms. Amonette, and she told me that a good resource is reputable (has a good reputation). The other adult I asked was Ms. Ursprung.  She said that a good resource has a good academic background and uses sources related to the topic. The advice given to me will help in writing a better research paper so I can find resources that are more educational.

Fourth Quarter Kickoff Reflection

On Monday, I went to the front of the school and waited for everybody else to come. We went to Kit Carson park for a scavenger hunt and had lunch there. When we came back from the park, we started games with the whole school. They put me in Group 5, and we started the rotation. I first went to the gym. It was fun because we were playing capture the flag and I saw a lot of people that I had never met before. Then after that we went to the field and played a game that involved using water. My team went to the softball field for our last activity and played baseball. It was lots of fun. I like this day because we all got to bond with friends meet people that we didn't even know.

Week in Rap

Fourth Quarter Goals.

My greatest accomplishment of last quarter was getting to know how to work computers. What I did to achieve it was working on the computer and asking for help all the time. My goal for this quarter is to stay on task and ask for all the help I need. I will try not to miss any homework assaments.I will listen to Miss Priester and do everything she tells me to do. My top goal for fourth quarter is to get an A+ for my grade in miss Priester. I really hope I get better on working on computers then I am now.

Historical Approach Paragaph

Understanding history can help readers learn about what happens before we were born.For example,JFK was the president he was killed because of history i know what happened on the day he was assassinated.This shows that history is very important for readers to read about history.In addition reader will learn more about what happens before they were born.This shows that we people ground form history and doing better and making better stuff.Now that I understand this, I will learn more about what went on before we lived.
